Executive Vice President Program Management
Role: As executive vice president of program management, Ron Hubbard is responsible for the oversight and management of simultaneous projects under development according to the released ADO Project Life Cycle/Phase Review process from project approval through construction.

Ronald J. Hubbard, AIA, NCARB, CMAA has 45 years of management experience in all aspects of design and construction. This includes 35 years of experience program management and in all phases of business development, including marketing plans, strategic planning, market research, marketing calls, RFP responses, SF330 proposals and all forms of presentations. He has worked extensively in the area of federal project management and program management with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Washington, D.C.; Headquarters, U.S. Army Europe, Heidelberg, Germany; Europe Division, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Frankfurt, Germany and Western Division of Naval Facilities Engineering Command, San Bruno, California. Programs that he has managed include but are not limited to the following:

Has managed multi-million dollar construction projects which included hospitals, health clinics and dental clinics, schools, military operations in urban terrain.

Managed contracts to develop Medical Facility Layout Plates (standard hospital layouts for operating suites, etc.) Project Manager on North Island Dental Clinic, Castle Air Force Base Hospital Renovation, New San Diego Tri-Service Hospital, Travis Air Force Base, Replacement Hospital, design and construction projects on numerous other hospital projects.

Ron has excellent interpersonal communication skills; relates well with people at all levels and from diverse backgrounds. Ron has worked on projects in approximately 109 Countries. His Professional Experience is backed-up with a Bachelor of Science in Architecture with graduate courses in Urban & Regional Planning, Systems Management, Earthquake Design & Construction and Airport Planning.
